I'm not sure about roop Vatika but I did some homework on durga vihar which is 4-5 KM earlier than Roop Vatika and is found to be better as is developed and managed by a 40 year old Group - Karmabhoomi part of Crown Group. I have recently bought a 100 gaj plot there. You can reach them at 9711169959 or 9310050006.

See it depends upon the reasons you want invest in a certain property. If you want buy a land so that you may in future build up a house of your own because the location of the property is nearer to your work place or you find it perfect no matter where you work or you are looking to invest in some property to get good returns. Another reason is you want both.

Before investing in any project please do a little homework find out about the other projects.
