If you want to buy a property, there are many property websites available where you can register yourself and post your requirement of the property.

You need to give the proper deion of the property like - location, budget and what would be your likely purchase time of the property.

This will help you to reach the actual seller very soon.

I think in according to your needs Bhiwadi area would be good for your investment. Buy a property in Piyush Rosette township, which is just 30 Kms from Gurgaon and can fetch you very good returns in future. 2 Bhk can be easily purchased for Rs 18L or so with everything.

It depends on your budget. If your budget is under 60 lac you will find enough options around the international airport and in Manesar (around 20 km from Gurgaon). However, if you have a budget over 60 - 100 lac you can look at options in sector : 45, 46, 47, 50 & 51. Sohna Road will also provide many options in this renage. For budget exceeding 100 lac you can look at Golf Course extension road and DLF Phases 1 to 5. Hope this helps.

Warm regards from my side. As per your query regarding sector 37 D where Ramprastha is coming up along with few others along the NPR, its going to be very prime location in the coming days and if you are interested in investing there its good time now,but then you have to look into your budget because things around that area will cost you something around 70-80lacs. Ramprastha has already completed its 2 projects i.e Ramprastha Skyz and Edge in the 400 integrated township which he is coming up there. If you need any further enquiry regarding the same, plz. feel free to revert back on my mail id.:-ashishphillip2011@gmail.com, I would love to help you in this regards.Happy house searching.
