As per my thought u should try for a floor build by your own known person actually it is always safe to buy property from a well known now a days builders are generally playing a fake policy among the buyers like quality of material used is high, no hidden cost and so on. i strongly feel u should try to south delhi at least once there is best option available according to your budget that too no builders property owners are directly selling their property portion. if you further want to know more about You may call me at 9540467887 i am not a dealer or builder.
