Faridabad is a much better town and is closer to Delhi or S Delhi. If you can increase your budget then a decent size 2Bhk can be bought in Ashoka Enclave(with registry of floor), if not then go for green field colony.

buying a property in noida is a better as compared to faridabad , as noida is more developed than faridabad, but as per investment purpose faridabad can also be a better option because in the upcoming years property prices may gain a rise in faridabad..

Faridabad is still in it's intial years of development with problems of roads & infrastructure.If you are looking for investment,then you have to wait for next 5-6 yrs.Projects which were started earlier were struggling to get buyers & those who invested wanted to sell their units.Now with the Noida Extension problem,there are chances that Faridabad property may get benefit.It is preferable to wait & watch which area is getting better.
