It depends on the locality and the amenities nearby viz schools, commercial, metro etc. Sectors which are near to the metro station the price might go up more than 60 lacs also whereas the sectors which touch the villages or unauthorised colonies the prices would be less than 45 lacs.

Yes it may be the right price or may not be.Its totally depend on the present market price, locality and amenities available.
