sunil if u ask me as a consultant i would suggest you either to go for dwarka expressway or new gurgaon.most of the construction is taking place in these locations.souther side is almost there i.e.developed these two area still have to grow but over the years it has been projectd that dwarka expressway would b very costly compared to the rest of gurgaon.
