You can consider Godrej Frontier on NH8. This project is from a reputed developer and your investment will be safe. I will like you to be aware that there are many developers in Gurgaon that are facing financial problems which hampers their ability to complete the project on time.
3-5 years is a good investment horizon and you can expect decent returns. Happy house hunting.
