This is a fraud firm.... they dont have the clear title for this project and their documentation is incomplete.... I am the investor there holding 125 sq yd of plot... they will try and coax you to the best of their capabilities but in real fact they are bogus company and they will sit on your money for at least 3-4 years before getting ur plot registered in your name.... (check complaints about Felicity Meadows and Aravali farms these projects also belong to this developer)

Hi Ashwani... I just visited y'day Lotus Valley. U'stnd that Map/Plan has not been aprvd so far, th4 i postponed the idea of investing there.

Thanks for posting this discussion I also came across to this project since I do not belong to Jaipur hence do not hold much idea about this projects.
The option of paying in installments is very adjusting and lucrative which is attracting many people like me. I would appreciate if you can share your views and findings since you have already invested in this project - would you suggest to go for it or not! I will also check more and share my search on this with you. Keep posting.
