A :OUR CM ALWAYS SAYS INVEST IN GUJARAT INVEST FOR GROWTH........ Yes, “Honey Iand” a Green Residential Plotting at Bagodra. There are many opportunities around Ahmedabad – Bagodra – Dholera - Nalsarovar area. (Ahmedabad – Bagodra Highway). There are huge chances for fast development around these areas, Because of number of projects being undertaken by government & P.P.P. (Public Private Partnership). I would like to recommend you to have glance at latest plotting scheme by “Honey Infra”. A good prospect to invest in for better future. http://mk.cm/381

It is illegal to put residential properties to commercial use. However service-based industries are allowed to operate from residential areas, on the condition that they will vacate the property if any complaint is received from other residential owners.
