So Mr. Nirvana, you are right about the project, its pace of development and the plight of its investers. NEGATIVE!! The soft launch price of Rs. 2700 per sq yards? Wow!! There are many of us who wish to sell it at a huge discount if we can, trust me.
We only wish that people willing to invest into this property shoul talk to those who have already invested into this project, to get a clear picture, rather than blocking their money for a long time and not able to sell, forget about returns. If Fire capital as their new investor partner could make some changes, it should be to make promises in black and white, and adhere to them.

I have bought a farmhouse in Grassfield of ARG group, along with 12-13 other friends in 2005-6. These were converted into residential plots, some 3- years back by Jaipur administration but the electricity, waterlines, road access etc are yet to be provided by the developer.
The developer only provides false hope when one could get to speak to any official of theirs. There is no demand for these plots and all of us find ourselves cheated. However, be aware that this builder has been developing good projects in many locations, and uses them to lure people into investing in the group properties not so great, like this project, making promises which are valid only to select properties. Also, be aware that the project location is past Toll booth, which means that everytime you visit this site, you have to pay toll charges both ways.
